If you'e not yet licensed, we can start you on a training program so that the moment you pass your exam you are ready to sell the same day. **Responsibilities** * Provide white-glove customer service and expertise as an advocate for both your buyers and sellers * Conduct extensive market analysis to present suggested asking prices and key selling points to your sellers so they understand the best price for their home and can achieve the best deal possible * Prospect, contact, and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to understand their needs, convert them into new business, schedule listing and showing appointments, and strengthen your sales pipeline * Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers * With the support of our onsite team, work with clients to help stage, price and market homes * Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction * Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale * Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market * Fast pace and high energy team support in a collaborative office setting committed to developing each other and serving our clients * Have fun **Qualifications** * Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car * Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills * Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred * Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry * Team player * Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly * Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone **About Chinatti Realty Group** Chinatti Realty Group is one of Massachusetts' fastest growing real estate companies.
