**Responsibilities include, not are not limited to: • List and sell residential and/or commercial real estate and rentals • Negotiate purchase agreements/contracts with buyers and sellers • Host open houses and other events • Advertise and market • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures • Verify and disclose property facts to clients

**Qualifications • Valid Real Estate License in MA • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Previous sales experience a plus • Entreprenurial Spirit
