Job Responsibilities As an Entry Level Real Estate Agent, you will...

• Communicate and interact with clients over phone, e-mail and social media (Build up your social media presence) • Advise and provide information resources to clients on the status of the real estate market (Get familiar with your area and market) • Utilize computer technology to manage a database of customers and prospects • Network and seek referrals to increase your client roster (Network with attorneys and mortgage brokers in your area and other business related) • Craft creative marketing strategies to make your homes stand out (Fliers, PPC Google and Facebook Ads, Craigslist Ads) • Get to know your clients and their home preferences • Be available to show homes to clients and attend open houses (Weekends are a must sometimes for your clients) • Represent clients' best interests during purchase and sale negotiations (Buyers Agent and Sellers Agent) • Advise clients on how to stage, market and sell their home quickly for a good profit (House upkeep, Landscaping and Staging are good recommendations)
