HFM Realty is seeking new real estate agents to join our office for 2025! We provide a full real estate service for buyers and sellers looking to buy or sell a home. Career individuals may apply for either a full-time or part-time position, your own hours and days will be supported. Full support and training will be provided.

Qualifications: * Must have a real estate license. * Become an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and Realtor Member. * Able to demonstrate and self-manage your business for prospecting, negotiating, and communicating with customers and clients of residential and commercial properties. * On-point and responsive. * Utilize technology, computers, printers, scanners, email, cell phones, and real estate applications. * Willing to receive training and one-on-one coaching, support, and check-ins. * Must display strong interpersonal skills and possess a customer service mindset. * Adhere to HFM business policies and regulations.
